North American Derivatives Exchange files suit in Missouri over prediction market rules
The operator for Crypto.com prediction products filed the action on October 16, joining other platforms challenging state wagering rules.

Novig and Crypto.com have also filed federal lawsuits seeking to stop Missouri from enforcing its sports wagering rules against their prediction market platforms.
Missouri Attorney General Catherine Hanaway issued cease-and-desist letters to six prediction market platforms in September 2024.
